Plan a night out without driving
Choose the ride, meeting point, and way home before the first order. Drink counts cannot predict driving ability.

Before a group meets, decide the way there, the meeting point, and the way home. Use the transport options that are actually available for that particular place and time, then leave room for changes. Do not use a recipe, body-size rule, food, coffee, or water as a calculation for driving ability.
A simple plan
- Name a meeting point that does not depend on one person driving.
- Choose the return route before the first order.
- Keep a phone charged and a backup contact available.
- Make it ordinary to leave early or choose a zero-proof drink.
